In modern language, I resonate with the definition of Tantra Yoga as “the science of energy management.” Through asana, pranayama, meditation, contemplation and conscious living, we learn to understand our vital energy, recognise where we lose it unconsciously and direct it towards what truly matters.

Unlike approaches that view the body or everyday life as obstacles to spiritual development, Tantra sees the body, the senses, emotions and energy as gateways to consciousness.

In practice, we work with movement, breath, meditation, concentration, relaxation and subtle energy. These tools help us become more present, release accumulated tension and develop a deeper awareness of our inner experience.

Tantra Yoga is not simply a softer or more sensual form of yoga, and it is not primarily about sexuality. It is a complete approach that teaches us to meet life consciously rather than disconnecting from it.
My method is grounded in classical Hatha and Raja Yoga and enriched by tantric teachings.
Tantra Yoga is a path of embodied awareness.
Tantric Workshops
in Geneva
My workshops offer an opportunity to explore a specific tantric practice in greater depth than during a regular yoga class.

Each experience combines embodied practice, breath, meditation, movement and guided inner exploration. Depending on the theme, workshops may also include sound healing, partner exercises, sharing circles.
The workshops are designed to help you:

Reconnect with your body and sensation

Develop presence and sensitivity

Release physical and emotional tension

Experience deeper states of meditation and relaxation

Explore your vital
and creative energy

Connect with others in an authentic and respectful space
