Program

Friday, June 05 — Arrival & Opening
Arrive and settle into the peaceful Alpine surroundings after 13:00.
At 17:00 we open the retreat with a welcoming circle and a gentle practice to arrive in the body and meet the group.
In the evening we will share a Cacao Ceremony, creating space to set personal intentions for the retreat through a creative process. As night falls, we gather around the fire — with music, warm cacao, and a moment to slow down and connect.
Saturday, June 06 — Exploration & Connection
We begin the day with morning yoga and pranayama, awakening the body and breath.
After a nourishing brunch, we continue with a guided practice to deepen presence and reconnect with our inner landscape.
In the afternoon we step into the surrounding Alpine nature for a gentle walk, allowing the body to integrate the practices and reconnect with the rhythm of nature.
Later in the day we explore an energy meditation, followed by a deeply relaxing Sound Healing session and a sharing circle.
The evening continues with a nourishing vegetarian dinner, prepared with care.
Before rest, we offer a gentle body-based relaxation practice, supporting grounding and deeper integration.
Sunday, June 07— Integration & Closing
The final morning begins with yoga and breath practice, allowing the body to fully absorb the experience of the retreat, followed by a final practice exploring our senses.
After brunch, we gather for a closing circle and integration, sharing insights and intentions for returning into everyday life with more clarity, presence, and vitality.
Departure around 14:00.
Sound
Healing
Sound healing is a therapeutic technique that utilizes sound waves and vibrations to support both physical and mental well-being. Practitioners use instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, and even the human voice to produce sounds at specific frequencies. These sounds are believed to resonate with the body’s natural frequencies, fostering relaxation, stress relief, and emotional balance.
The practice is rooted in the concept that sound and vibration can influence brainwaves and the nervous system, guiding us into a meditative state that supports healing on multiple levels.
